We are a charity organisation aiming to provide comprehensive advice, support and guidance to families and communities affected by Infertility and Pregnancy loss. Striving to offer a range of resources to help individuals navigate through these sensitive challenges with resilience.

Resilience

Resilience is the process of being able to adapt when faced with challenges, trauma, stress and adversity. In PLAIN we need resilience to allow to grieve, grow and restart. We are here to support you through your grief, ensure you not feeling alone as you heal.

 

Compassion

Compassion is the courage descend into reality of human experience hence it is at the heart of our Networking. At PLAIN we respect and listen unjudgemental, honouring every story with passion and recognising resilience in every personal experience. Be it spoken or silent every experience matters.

Honesty

Honesty is a bond with oneself, a path to self discovery and self improvement. It requires commitment, authenticity, intergrity transparency. At PLAIN
Resilience we encourage self compassion, speaking kindly to yourself and break silence around pregnancy loss and infertility.

Inclusivity

With resilience we recognise the effects of PLAIN affects individuals differently depending upon personal experiences, culture, identity and self recognition. Our support network is an inclusive open platform for emotional and psychological support with an effort to ensure every voice is heard and every story is valued.

Through online forums, local events, and mentorship schemes, we create bonds that help people move from surviving to thriving.
